Each day has two amazing workshops included. You’ll get to move, rest, go deep, have fun, reflect and have time out to focus on you. You’ll experience our expert facilitators offering an exciting range of practices while meeting new and like minded friends.

Each month choose from yoga and breathwork, singing and dancing, Wim Hof Method and meditation, art classes and women’s circle. There will be Irish retreats, cacao ceremonies, crystal bowl healing, live music and more. All sessions will be held in our breath-taking Atlantic Ocean view studio. There is always something new and exciting for you to choose from as we weave our way through the year.
