Lahinch is situated on the west coast of Ireland on the Wild Atlantic Way, 1 hour by car from either Galway or Limerick, 30 minutes from Ennis and 45 minutes from Shannon Airport.
Buses leave Ennis and Galway 5 times a day 7 days a week (Bus Eireann route 350).
